Gerard Houllier was a great manager. Won a few trophies at Liverpool, including a treble. Makes you wonder what he might have done at Villa had he not have to leave due to heart problems. RIP Gerard.

Saw him (and others) at the Plymouth ABC must have been early 60s (63?). I know I was about 12.
They had done 'How do you do...' and 'I ilke it' was new.

Great show. Cilla? Billy J? Swinging Blue Jeans? The Fourmost? Sounds Incorporated (backed the singers) and Ben E. King did 'Stand by Me'. What a line up!

I remember that Gerry seemed overjoyed to be doing what he did. Lucky man tbh!
