Hi

We thought we'd create this friendly forum where mental wellbeing issues can be discussed in a friendly and relaxed manner.
One of the most dangerous things affecting people today is mental health problems, usually depression and/or anxiety so if you feel just chatting will help please feel free to use this forum.
It's a forum for a chat about how you’re doing with life generally and somewhere to vent if required.

Similarly, the lockdown may also be affecting you so this is also the place to have a chat.

The forum can be used anonymously and is open to guests to post and join in the chat, although it will help to post with a name or alias to distinguish between different messages.
When posting put your alias in the 'username' box and answer the Argyle related question (Home Park - note the capital letters), this is to stop bots and spammers.

If registered Pasoti members want to post anonymously then feel free to log out and return to post as a guest/alias.

If people want to volunteer as a sounding board that would be great!

The forum may help someone, let's see how it goes and let's help each other.

If you are really struggling please make an appointment with your GP or there are other professionals who can help.

What a great idea. Excellent use of pasoti.
Remember, I before E except when you run a feisty heist on a weird foreign neighbour in Chudleigh.

I was diagnosed with clinical depression about 15 years ago due to work pressure. There’s always light at the end of a tunnel no matter how dark it is. If anyone is going through a tough time it’s good to talk. PM me if you like, I’m not a councillor but I’ll listen. Stay Safe.
