1-1. Wales came back into it to grab the equaliser but were hanging on in injury time.

Happy with a point as the Swiss will be disappointed they couldn't take all 3. Draw with Italy, beat Turkey and on to the next stage.

He should have squared it for a great chance but the ego took over.

If it had been the other way around he'd have been livid.

My antipathy towards Wales mirrors their average fans towards England. I was cheering for the Swiss - shame they couldn’t get a second but hey ho, hopefully Turkey can get their arses in gear and go one further next week.
