Instalment 36 of the development story: 96 photos from the second half of this week.

So that's over 200 photos in two sets this week, but it's been an exceptional time. One thing I can guarantee, it won't happen every week!

Another brilliant set guys. Can't believe the speed with which they have put up the GT's 'meccano set'

Brilliant photos, thank you to all concern.

One question, on one of the photos, it shows a wooden frame for the wet room/showers, but could only see two frames , one for each team, before being filled in by concrete.
Therefore will the match officials, have their own building

Good question Martyn. The officials are part of this building (see www.greensonscreen.co.uk/photos.asp?vie ... load=pic43 from a previous set) but maybe individual showers don't require this approach.

The Officials will probably be getting shower cubicles, the teams a wet room/area with the six shower heads.

Thanks as always!

I get a real tinge of emotion seeing the tunnel for the last time. I remember Craig Tanner saying it felt special and having once gone through it myself, I have to agree. I hope it isn’t filled so that one day it can be uncovered. A very real and very special piece of Argyle history.

Again superb set pf photos thank you so much.

I would love the opportunity to walk around the site just to look at the engineering of the original stand.

The exciting bit is happening now. The floor space under the main stand will be much better with this plan for corporate stuff.

does anyone know how they are extending out the back? is it metal framework or Brick and block?

I think I also read in one of the planning bits, that there has to be a completely separate changing room, toilet, shower for female officials.

Definitely. BUT spare a thought for clubs who have to see the whole thing demolished and then move to a retail park.

We're staying in our spiritual and historical home, and retaining the two best features of it with the 1936 facade and the 1951 Leitchian grandstand. That always cheers me up when I too feel that tinge of emotion

Excellent set of photos as usual Bob.

The more work that is done to the changing rooms the more you can see on match days with 50 + people a real crowded cramped area.
