Has anyone had a similar issue when renewing in that I used to be able to renew my kid's season tickets on the website, they're linked to me as being on my network etc, now it only says I can assign them tickets rather than manage them?
I've clicked the link asking for permission to manage rather than assign, it now says an email has been sent asking for permission. Who is this email sent to, the club?
I've renewed my own easy enough.
I'd rather get it sorted soon as there appears to be a nationwide issue with my credit card lender at the moment and I'm a bit twitchy about them getting it sorted before the early bird runs out.
