There is a white paper that the FA and the EFL.are putting together a Premier league 2 .I.e. the championship . Where as the top half of the premier teams the best and the best teams in the championship put together as the new premier league and the rest of of the 2 leagues will make up premier league 2 ... so does that mean the relegated teams out of premier 2 get the same parachute payments of £30 million

It’s been around for years. The teams in the premier league that matter don’t want it. It dialutes the brand. It’s a draw for the yoyo clubs to protect revenue but they don’t stick around long enough to make a difference.
