It's still very concerning what I'm hearing, really concerning and as i said in one of my last posts expect lots of players to leave this summer.

When you don't listen to the senior players and especially our number 1 leader in the dressing room who loves the club from day 1, keep ignoring them, not even be happy to listen to what they are saying, what chance do you have.
Tittle tattle on your part

No we aren’t. We were a very well coached, smartly run, progressive football club with excellent strategy at all levels of the club who completely on merit deserve to be a Championship football club.

Unfortunately, we are no longer well coached, were not smartly run during January (hence the recruitment issues) and we now have a manager who behaves and speaks like we are the overachieving L1 club you describe.
Very succinct, and sadly very true.

Thank you for sharing. I read some of your past posts and it sounds like you know a fair bit of what is going on day to day with the squad.
Do you know if things have improved at all with the new coach and if there has been any reaction since the Preston game?

I can't go into to much detail player wise but i can mention a few things i'm told that's going on at the club.

The whole club feels very amateurish right now, the players feel the coaching setup isn't good enough for the level and we've gone backwards. Senior players have no say at all which I've touched on in my last post. I'm not going to mention about tactics, I think Coopers interview tells you a lot.

I revealed previously about Eliott's replacement being a youngster at uni working for free, we then hired someone, this person is only a consultant talking to the young lad from afar. Training is like an England boot camp I'm told with meeting after meeting and waiting around all the time.

Media team don't like Foster, he doesn't follow their advice on questions and answers to put the best spin on things, does and says what he wants. Lowe and Schuey always listened and followed their advice.

Senior players were gobsmacked they were given a week off, some raised concerns a few days would be better and it would be a mistake allowing a week but a week stood with then some players flying all over the world (few in USA, few in Dubai) and a few partying (senior players worried would take time recover the players once they were back and seen this happen at other clubs during such a crucial time (jetlag, drink out of system etc).

It's hard to understand what's happened to such a happy tight knit squad to what we have now. The positive we do have players who care, some really do and they are very frustrated.

I really fear for Friday.

And where are all these attacking players to execute that? Just a minor point.
Same place as all the attacking midfielders that were apparently busting a gut to come on loan to a club in a bit of a vacuum after having had recently lost its manager and backroom staff in January.

Seems there's loads of 'em out there waiting for the call.

Wow. Thank you for sharing as I realise you probably need to be careful what you can say. A lot to digest there and be concerned about.

Have you spoken to the players yourself?
