Let's forgot the pain of Saturday and hope it was just teething issues with players get used to each other and renew our optimism for a competition we always excel at...

Apparently (I haven't checked with GoS) we've been knocked out in League Cup 1st round in the last 3 seasons and in 7 of last 8 seasons, whereas Reading haven't lost in the first round since 2002, so let's be typically Argyle and do the unthinkable

Team looking pretty strong, although so does Reading's (with Tanner on the bench)

Hopefully Rooney will be given 25 minutes or so to make his case

Obviously still no clearance for Bulvitis...
