We all seem tremendously optimistic with new signings and a new manager, but are we perhaps putting too much faith in a miracle? I'm really looking forward to the new season, but can over-optimism lead to early disillusionment. I hope not.

Loving then optimism, and the hope of a new dawn etc... But it's too early to know anything isn't it? I haven't got a clue if these new players or the manager will be world beaters or duds. Other than Simpson, the players are unknown quantities to me and I guess most of us. They will have my full support until perfromances suggest otherwise. I am excited about this season, but haven't got a clue what to expect.
