Agreed, we know Nelse quality and Hartley looks a good signing and a real leader. With Mellor, McHugh/Purrington, Luke in goal and Coxy sat in front that's a much stronger base than last season as we were a little weak at times last season defensively. I still think the bigger challenge will be ball retension and the goals for column.

No- I base my thoughts on their backgrounds. You can't tell much from pre-season games.
I think we will know after 5-6 league games if the defence are any good or not.
