To answer Shankster, his reply is exactly why people turn up. It's because of our past reputation. The only incident of major trouble was with Birmingham fans at Alvechurch.
The other incidents mentioned were along a par with what happened at Didcot, drunken idiots making fools of themselves. Though at the Tonbridge match there were several older Millwall fans who came to watch the game, not to cause trouble, but have a drink with us in their clubhouse and talk about the graveyard incident ;)

I saw Hereford play Paulton Rovers in early January this year.Match was in the Evostick Southern League.

The crowd that day was 484 which considering the usual gate is around 100, represented a large windfall, plus hundreds of extra pints, burgers, and chips.

And they were as nice as pie, couldn't have been friendlier. In fact I was told their home crowds in this league are around 3,000, which is fantastic.

Anyway, they won 3-1, played decent football and are running away with the League.

Speak as I find and I found them good company, knowledgeable and noisy:)

We have many that come from north Devon (not to be confused with the travelling group North Devon Greens).

Have you identified them yet? Just a quick update for you from Bideford
"A further club statement has been made regarding an incident on 11/03/17.
Following an internal investigation into the minor disorder at the end of the home game verses Hereford FC on Saturday 11th March 2017 the club can confirm that indefinite banning orders have been implemented. Warnings of future behaviour have also been issued.
Bideford AFC are satisfied that this was a ‘one off’ incident, instigated by people who do not normally watch our team. Bideford AFC would like to thank our stewards and the extra security employed for the day who dealt with the problem very quickly and efficiently.

Bideford AFC will keep the security report and available footage on file and could refer back to it in the event of any future incident."

And regarding Didcot, the FA said no action was to be taken against either club. However, Sam Elkins, the player who shoved our videographer, was found guilty of violent conduct and given a 5 match ban. A 2nd person, their coach, was given a 4 match ban again for violent conduct. He was accidentally caught out on footage provided by Didcot themselves, who were using the footage against our fans. What he did, that they forgot to edit out, was to pick up a football and hurl it as hard as he could from about 10 yards at our fans.
Since then, the Southern league, in their infinite wisdom, have decided that the match should be replayed. Meaning of course it is now open season for a match to be replayed, even after 89 minutes, should players or fans of any winning, or losing team, get the game abandoned.
