With what he has achieved, especially in the last two seasons, Wilder must have an eye for a player. That lad he took from Pompey when he was a Northampton - Ricky Holmes was it? - was an inspired signing. I only saw Thomas twice but it was enough to convince me that if his head is right he is a very good player.
