Kieffer Moore, 18 year old, striker, Truro City. A 6ft 4in powerful striker formerly playing with Paignton Saints in the South Devon League Division Two. Impressed on trial during the 12/13 pre-season scoring against Tiverton Town and Falmouth Town before signing a 1 year contract with Truro. Moore is a real handful - dominant in the air, good finishing ability, two good feet and also has decent pace. He currently has 13 goals in the Conference South since making the considerable step up in class from the South Devon League.
Matt Andrew, 23 year old, centre/right midfielder, Bideford. The attacking midfielder joined Bideford from Launceston and has since gone on to play in over 180+ games for Bideford, scoring 50+ goals in the process. During his time at the club he has won the Devon St Luke’s Bowl, the Southern League South & West title and the Western League Premier Division title. A quality attacking midfielder with pace, two good feet, excellent vision/passing ability and an eye for goal. During the 11/12 season Andrew top scored for the club in the Southern League Div One South & West with 15 goals as Bideford were crowned champions. So far during 12/13 Andrew has scored 10 goals in the Southern League Premier Division. Back in 2009 his manager Sean Joyce said this about him: "It's worth paying a fiver just to watch him sometimes. He excites me — and I have played League football. At this level you see players who can tackle or head or score goals. But he's got great dribbling ability, he's quick and he can do the lot. Duncan Watmore, 18 year old, right winger/striker, Altrincham. Watmore is former Manchester United youth team player. So far during the 12/13 season Watmore has put in a number of eye catching performances in the Conference North and has impressed with his pace, creativity and shooting ability, reportedly attracting the attention of Football League scouts. During the 11/12 season in all competitions he made 2 starts (9 sub apps) and scored 1 goal. So far during the 12/13 season he has made 18 starts (9 sub apps) and has scored 9 goals.
Dan Moody, 21 year old, right or left winger, Guildford City. A signing from Croydon Athletic in 2011. A winger with a real eye for goal - during the 11/12 season he scored 32 goals in the Combined Counties Premier Division to help Guildford City to promotion and subsequently won the Supporters Player of the Year. During the 12/13 Southern League Division One Central season he has continued to impress scoring 21 goals in 32 appearances (all comps) in total so far.
Connor Hall, 19 year old, left back/left midfield/centre back, Bury Town. Had a trial with Leyton Orient during the 12/13 season and was close to a move before the deal fell through over a disagreement between the two clubs. Reportedly also being monitored by Charlton Athletic (who signed Nick Pope from Bury Town), Millwall and Ipswich Town. A versatile player who is primarily a left back or centre back, but can also play equally well in a left midfield role or in central midfield. Tall, physically strong, good technique and a tenacious tackler. Has represented England Colleges in the past.
Daniel Carr, 18 year old, Striker (or winger), Dulwich Hamlet. Scored 14 goals in 13 starts (3 sub apps) for Dulwich Hamlet so far during the 12/13 season. Former Reading academy player. Was called up for training with Trinidad & Tobago Under 20's in 2011. Spent time on trial at Stevenage during 12/13 pre-season scoring against Eastbourne Borough.
Mark Ford, 22 year old, striker, Weymouth. During the 11/12 season Ford scored 35 goals in 22 appearances for his old club Blandford United in the Dorset Premier League before his move to Southern League Premier side Weymouth, where he scored 7 goals in 6 starts (8 sub apps), which equates to seven goals in just 691 minutes of first-team football. During the 09/10 season he finished as Dorset Premier League top scorer with 27 goals from 31 starts for Blandford United. During 10/11 he scored 9 goals in 10 appearances for Blandford, and also 5 goals in 7 games for Western League side Gillingham Town. A quick and direct striker who likes to play on the shoulder and has a good finish. Probably the best prospect Weymouth have had since Stuart Beavon. So far during the 12/13 season Ford has scored 17 goals in all competitions.
Maison McGeechan, 21 year old, left or right winger, Kendal Town. Former Bolton Wanderers academy player and England U16 and U17 International. He scored 2 goals on trial with the Brentford development squad during 11/12 pre season to help them record a 4-4 draw against a Liverpool XI. Following his release from Bolton and trial at Brentford he joined his local team Ambleside United where he scored 30 goals in 39 appearances before joining Kendal Town in December 2012 where he has impressed scoring 3 goals in 5 games.
Ross Allen, 25 year old, striker, Guernsey. Scored 66 goals in just 43 during the 11/12 season. Finished top scorer for the England Amateur team in the UEFA Regions Cup in Croatia, and was also top scorer in Guernsey's FA NLS cup success which sealed their qualification to the UEFA Regions Cup. Finished Guernsey top scorer and Player of the Year for 3 seasons in a row in their previous guise. He also demonstrated his potential during 11/12 when scored a hat-trick in a pre-season game against a Bristol City U19 Academy side and scored two goals against AFC Wimbledon. He again demonstrated his potential during 12/13 pre-season when he scored a hat-trick against Exeter City. Pacey, direct with a real eye for goal - a player currently playing far below his natural level. So far during the 12/13 season Allen has scored 30 goals in 20 appearances.
