Great defense. Leaders on the pitch. A bit of fair in midfield and good set pieces, both attacking and defensively strong.

That's why I think Carney will be the key!

Don't get me wrong, she was great for us in the World Cup, but despite the rise in profile of the women's game I don't think they allow mixed games yet. Plus she seems fairly happy at Birmingham.
