Not quite sure what you are asking but here is what I understand it to be ...

When you want to add other Argyle ticket members to your account (and create a Network, for example for buying 2 or more Away tickets, sitting together)
then your friend, another Argyle ticket member ('Desmond Penburthy' for example) has to give permission for you to assign a ticket to them, in their name.
This is explained in the Argyle web page

The extra option of 'manage accounts' gives you more powers and access over the Argyle ticket member's account - for example if the person is your child, or you are Jethro and your friend is 'Desmond Penburthy'.

Not sure about buying a season ticket for a child - as they come with restrictions.
But the 'manage tickets' option gives, for example, the ability to change the payment options of the other person - and for them to change your payment options.

Yes. You can buy season tickets and any other tickets your network is entitled to
