believe the police ran into the concourse of the away end as there was some fighting between exeter fans and a few were dragged out by the police which was amusing to see on youtube

Do you mean Exeter fans fighting each other? Probably a barney between brothers, nothing to be concerned about.

It'll be all bollox Paul, it always is.

They play the victim card far too often.

We eat their children apparently.

Outside the ground I got told henry j's and the Newmarket were trashed akin to the old days when the noahs ark regularly got turned upside down.

I don't think either were trashed but I expect someone flashed some chinos perhaps?

I don't think the stewards make the decisions to eject anybody from the stadium. Believe the decision is made by the stadium manager in the control room. Not 100% sure though.

Correct, the stewards are always told to be friendly and do the most to help keep trouble to the minimum. It's more of a customer care role.

I saw a disgruntled looking barmaid sweeping up one broken glass when I walked up Market Way a few minutes after they'd all bee escorted away to the ground, but it didn't look too bad.

I had assumed that it was the City supporters' designated pub, but there were loud Argyle songs being sung when I walked past a little earlier in the day (possibly coming from the other side of the road of course) and when I caught up with them going through Central Park there was a lad in an Argyle shirt with Proper Job across the shoulders in the group.

To be honest everyone seemed in fairly good spirits whenever I crossed them, including a brief chant of "need a wee, need a wee, need a wee!" as they approached the ground.

I don't want to judge without knowing the facts, but what on earth was that that happened in the first half.

All the stewards en masse seemed to run into the concourse under block 19....only to run back out again and then do the same under block 20. It looked like a funny sort of training exercise.

That was the police, and it was highly amusing.

When that happened I had the benny hill theme music in my head!

Exeter fans were in Henry J's, and Plymouth fans in the newmarket

A steward I'm related to told me that at least one person was ejected for having the audacity to carry a beer back to their seat. Zero tolerance.
