Travelling to Wembley on Sunday on the train I was looking at PASOTI when I suddenly got messages saying phone was infected with "4 virus" plus other warnings re battery damage. So went into Carphone Wharehouse this am thinking I may have a virus on the phone but apparently not. All caused by inadvertently touching a small malicious pop up which appeared on the site.

So if you get the same or have had the same it is not a virus but still needs to be closed off.

Yep happened a couple of times. Don't respond to it whatever you do. Had to delete it from my history as kept bouncing back.

Glad to see I am not the only one. Wife was giving me suspicious looks as if I had been trollong porn sites!

Hopefully IJN will give some feedback from the techies in due course.

From our technical guys:-

Hi Ian - David and I have had a look and can't see any issues on the website as all security checks are coming back fine. David has changed some of the AdWords banners that are on the site though, as this may possibly be causing it depending on the ISP that is being used. He did notice that a lot of the issues were when members were on the site on the train following the game at Wembley.

Let's see if that clears it up.
