Yesterday I was given row b. I asked for seats higher up and was told there weren't any. Obviously lies

I bought them online; definitely row K. Pricing is definitely for the covered seating.

Don't worry, I didn't take it that way but I do have a paranoia that the online ticketing has sold open seats at covered seat prices!

I complained via email yesterday regarding a ticket office problem. Today they miraculously found me tickets where I had originally asked!

I remember they accused me of not paying for the postage fees, even though I had the email to prove it. By then it was too late for them to send out the tickets, meaning I had to collect them at the Portsmouth's ground, which was a task in itself!
