this is good call. he's another option of we want target man and he probably has more confidence. I'm not sure he's the answer but it's a good option to have
He was awful. Played the role several times and the last time he was so bad the football was like a pinball hitting a bumper on a pinball machine. It just kept bouncing off him - no close control. Dreadful. Belongs in non league. He was then dropped and on his way. Only player I’d have back to boost squad is Gregg.
Not the answer but if the option is there we need to do something.
He doesn't hold the ball up well but his sheer size in the box from crosses is a nuisance and he is more of the last hope sub when we are chasing a game and playing hoofball.
Oh to have Jakey Jervis knocking them in for us. He was our best finisher and whilst not a hold up striker he was a threat off the last shoulder with his pace.
We are so one dimensional with no pace and now without Taylor teams can easily defend and nullify our attack.
Hey but "no one is irreplaceable and we are not a 1 man team " well at least according to DA.
Anyone who was there today will tell you differently
Macclesfield have one more game, after that Blissett could be available for the Argyle games against Scunthorpe and Gillingham.
Adams has already hinted that a deal has been done for Blissett to sign for Macclesfield for next season but until then Blissett is our player.
He's not good enough for regular League 1 football, but if we're going to play with the same formation and the same tactics in the absence of Taylor, then he'd be a better option than Grant.
