It is almost unheard of for players to contact a manager directly begging to be signed, that is normally the job of their agent. They must have all been out of contract or free agents and not contracted to a club as their club wouldn’t be too pleased.
Perhaps they all heard how much we are paying new signings now.

Or maybe it’s because Lowe has a great reputation for man management & players were keen to come & be part of what he’s trying to do here?

That is DEFINITELY not what Oldage wants but, having said that, I’m not too sure what he does want.

Ryan was replying to a question he was asked “if he had a problem like other managers getting players to move to this part of the country “.
