Now I was pretty young at the time and I had only just started supporting Argyle...so I could have imagined this, but did we have a player on trial in the mid 80s called Fadida or Farida or something....from Iran maybe?

i remember him,ronnie fahdida signed by dave smith,i think he was iranian also.
