Don't think they are good enough! We are third in the table, played two games less, two points behind with a goal difference of +7.

Well serious question though all the same. We should be leveraging our position and facilities to do what the PL teams have been doing for years, and scoop whatever youth talent we can from elsewhere, not just locally.
