Disappointing but predictable. Similar to when Barnsley gave us a hiding in their promotion season. Men vs boys.

Mayor was frustrating - like an impotent porn star - lots of foreplay but no penetration.

Lolos looks sharper than Jephcott and I think he should have more game time to give him more of a chance.

A very disappointing though not totally unexpected result. You can see why Hull are top of the league. They punished every mistake ruthlessly for their goals. We competed pretty well until the 2nd goal saw us off. It brought home we are 3 or 4 players short of what is required to compete at the top.

Agree. Apart from your last three words ...

I know they are a whinging bunch of Northerners but you can see how Hull are going to get promoted. They had an energy level that Argyle could not match. There were chances for Mayor to 'pull the trigger' in the penalty area in the 55th and 59th minute but he took one extra touch and the chance was gone. At least Lewis had a better game. I hope Argyle can actually win a game before the season's end.

Hull simply very very efficient. Always buzzing around making tackles, quick to het the ball forward and pretty clinical with their finishing.

Will this one follow the usual pattern? Argyle players drugged with sleeping pills at half time. An early second goal from them. 5 subs from Lowe and ensuing tactical chaos before they pinch number 3.

Subs and third goal wrong way around but so easily predictable. Been same all season. Nothing learned.

I think Lowe has under achieved this season and top half of league 2 bottom half of league 1 may be his limit.

We’re miles away from mid to top half of league 1 team. Only a handful of teams with a poorer defence. Mike Cooper is strengthening his back picking the ball out of the net but that’s about it.

Can we declare now and avoid any further humiliation ?

That Opoku mistake isn’t even explainable. He puts his foot on the ball. And l can’t even explain what he is doing. The mind boggles how these players are even coached to think you can do that in your third of the pitch.

This season was about surviving. I’m now watching other teams results in order for us confirm we have achieved our safety because our team is so inept defensively that we are praying every game for a opposition team to squander gift wrapped opportunities every game.

This season was about developing as a team unit. Most of those players need to go. You can keep Edwards, Camara, Aimson, Ennis and Cooper. You can build something around these players. However, we are regressing as a side because l watch Argyle and l don’t get their attacking style of play.

The worst thing about watching that rubbish is we champion Danny Mayor but he has no end product. The reason we champion him is because he is our only hope in terms of creating chances.

Last week was bad. Yet this week our manager just reverts back to a failed system with players who have failed after numerous chances. How many opportunities do you get before the penny drops?

People thought l was being negative earlier on in the season. My point was that we weren’t improving and the players weren’t learning.

Now today, we see another groundhog’s day performance.
