Best Manager / Chairman combination of all time?

it is too early to say about the best combination although i rate lowe and his team as amongst the best,i feel mr hallett is the best chairman we have had in all the years i have been a supporter.

But it should be remembered that Dan McCauley ploughed a lot of his own money into the club to build Shilton's team

Just to clarify, I was talking about the relationship with each other. I thought that was what was meant in the OP.

The posters who say it’s to early to judge are right. It’s been great so far and long may it continue, but it takes years for a true legacy to be built. If Lowe is still here in four years time and there has been continued consolidation and success, then we can celebrate. We all know that if we have a bad season, the usual knives would be out. That’s football.
