Same thing happened at Home Park for the Crewe game. Ref gave the ground staff until a certain time to sort out some problem areas and he'd pass it fit. Of course we all know other staff from the club gave them a hand and succeeded. Hopefully the same will happen today. The last thing the team (and fans) need is another Tuesday night up north.

By the look of that (IF taken under an hour ago) Bob, it looks very likely to be just that, another long distance Northern trek. :sad:

Referee Carl Boyeson conducted two pitch inspections with player safety in mind - one at 10.30am, and another at 12.35pm, and concluded that the pitch, although not in the best condition, is not unsafe.

Nice grandstand - worse pitch outside none league I've ever seen. We're doing Ok - be careful what you wish for.
