He is the EFL equivalent of that annoying little kid at school who misbehaves all the time, comes over all apologetic to the teacher, gets away with it, before continuing to misbehave again.

Odious man. Poor from the FA that, really poor.

Isn't part of the reason they're not good enough, is because fewer and fewer high quality people want to do it in the first place? And if you combine the abuse they get with the pace of the game making decisions even harder, it's a horrible vicious circle.

I'll never forget seeing an amateur game at Elburton Villa and the very young lad running the line getting the most disgraceful abuse, along the lines of 'useless c**t, you're only there because you can't play the game'.

Refs are not grown on trees, but we take them completely for granted.... why would you choose to do that job?
