This quiz has been up for over 24 hours and I managed to fox everyone on one question.
The last time the three teams promoted to the Premier League were all relegated at the end of the season was 1997/8, (Bolton Wanderers, Barnsley, and Crystal Palace).

Patrick Klievert: my either or was Edgar Davids. These two together with Clarence Seedorf and Frank Rijkaard were either born or had a parent born in Suriname, all played in the 1995 ECF and would have made that small country a world football force to be reckoned with.
