Having seen him come off after 9 minutes at Stoke with a hamstring 'twinge' I wonder how fit he is but guess times are desperate and all bodies are needed

Good news although I suspect hamstring issues is something which Forshaw will have to manage for the rest of his career. Is it too much of a risk to start him on saturday? I think we need to start with our strongest team possible and it may be worth the risk starting him. His experience and class in midfield is so important.

really,he's hardly played for us.i wouldn't select him.
He is a class above both Randell and Houghton. I took would play him with Randell on Saturday, with Devine as an 8. I would also give Whittaker licence to roam ahead of him and supporting the lone striker (I'd rest Hardie and start Bundu) as the 10.
A 3-4-2-1, or even 3-4-1-1-1:

Cooper

Phillips
Scarr
Galloway

Mumba
Forshaw
Randell
Sousa

Devine

Whittaker

Bundu

Hazard, Pleguezuelo, Gibson, Edwards, Houghton, Wright, Issaka, Waine, Hardie
