No, they haven't. That, I'm reliably informed, is the Seychelles Football Federation chairman, Suketu Patel.

As far as I can tell, the Seychelles have no competitive fixtures arranged, and they haven't played a competitive game since October 2009. Not quite sure what Jock's going to do...
