I think Ridsdale will look to make his money by selling the club - exit strategy. My concerns with Ridsdale at the helm is that the club will become to heavily geared (see Leeds, Barnsley and Cardiff) his recent comments about struggling to obtain credit or investors encourage me. Hopefully circumstance will dictate a sustainable business model.
Hopefully Heaney will flounder and at some point in the future Home Park with a depressed value can be owned by a more honest, trustworthy, altruistic custodian. As Graham alludes, I think the proposed structure will be very transient. I don't think Peter Ridsdale wants to own PAFC forever.
