I think that's because he was caught up in the pitch invasion and hadn't yet made it back to the changing room. Somebody in the background jokes about getting the announcer to tell him to come in.

It was pretty chaotic. I was amazed to see Brendan Galloway still trying to get through the celebrations a long time after the game had ended and from the look of it he got back before Phillips
