Surely there can only be one player in the running

I’m going for Morgan as well, if we do lose him at the end of the season I can honestly say he has been a pleasure to watch.
If it was Player for the first half of the season then there would only be one choice of course. But Lewis Gibson has been consistently great, that's my pick.
Went with Gibson over Whittaker, mainly because Gibson has been solid all season and made countless vital blocks, whereas Morgs has not maintained his early season form and has tailed off in the second half of the season.
Not so sure, Azaz pushing Whittaker very close first half, but as they both left in January, I vote Gibson.
Without Whittaker’s goal contributions we’d be doing our best Rotherham impression.
When l look at what people say in regards to how we might survive, they aren’t talking about a MoTM performance by Whittaker to get us over the line. What the narrative is let’s try & keep the ball out of our net. If we survive people have more faith in our defence it appears than us scoring a goal.
On that basis, l voted for Galloway because l just think he has been exceptional, at times. Especially with a midfield that doesn’t protect him.
The award will go to Whittaker for some wonderful strikes. He has had a great season. Its just a shame l think these last 2-3 months l think his performances have tailed off because without Azaz in the team the burden of pressure is much higher.

Whittaker without doubt for me. The stats back it up. Where would we have been without his goals and assists. Honourable mentions for Gibson and Azaz.
