If the Premier League were to offer up two divisions of 20 teams (40 clubs in all) and only had relegation and promotion between the two leagues leaving the remaining 52 clubs obsolete (unless they ran a similar system as in Super League where you buy a franchise every 3-5 years) what clubs from England would yo have in this new league and would you do an "MK Dons" stylie and franchise new teams for this league, if so where and what names?!?!
