You'd like to think it will be as soon as they've finished the upper tier now. They seem to be making good progress on the white seats today

They may have to wait until all the access work around the pitch is done, and the dugout railings etc. They look like they go in pretty quickly, having them in the way while you're working on the main areas just may be a PITA.

Quite interested in when the fence could come down on match days, and the new dugout area used.
