I remember them well. Folk Rock isn’t my sort of music but I started playing in bands at that time and was part of the same scene alongside band like CDS, Cadaverous, Child etc. I was in FSOS who played the Ark Royal regularly on a Thursday evening.

Used to go down to the Cooperage most Sunday nights to watch. Always very hot and sweaty!
They released a couple of albums, “The Retreat” and “Providence Street”.
Loved Hesitation Blues and The Turning Wheel.
Richard was the lead singer and I think he is still gigging in and around Plymouth

Oh yes. Many a happy (Sunday?) night in the Cooperage.
They came to Cheltenham for a gig once - there were about a couple of dozen in the audience.
They were a bit surprised when I started singing along to a few of their songs!
Still have a couple of their CDs.
Also remember ‘The Slam’ at the Phoenix.
