Update on Peter Hall

Ken Beale has asked me to post the following concerning Peter:

Hi all,
I had a nice chat with Peter today and although his hearing is bad we did manage to get some conversation. Peter is being well looked after in the care home and as usual was in good spirits - he told me he had a glass of gin and tonic Christmas Day! Peter's son Robin managed to get a slot to visit Peter recently which cheered him up no end. Peter still talks about the Greens a lot and told me to send his best wishes to all the Argyle fans, and wishes you all a Happy New Year.

I've never really spoken or met Peter. But, do you know why? Cos every time I saw him he was hurrying by to do something, help someone, keep my Club ticking over. Never even paused to pick up the odd dreadful pun from me! :sad:

Have said hello and exchanged smiles with him but he was always busy, always doing something.
Impressive!
