Our progress this season is nothing like Rovers's last season!

Its called 9th :thumbup:soccerpilgrim":2njmeuqx said:I think somewhere between 8th and 10th. I voted 10th on the poll as I can see us dropping a lot of points once the play-offs are out of sight, just as we did last season.
They were 14th, if they'd have lost they'd have been 22ndoddball":36bfdb5m said:when Bristol Rovers beat us last season, around about March, they were just outside the play offs, but ended up getting relegated....just saying like.
Not quite, we're one place better off than we finished last season. Compared to this stage last season we're 2 places, 5 points and 17 goals better off (GD wise), and that's after losing the creative spark in midfield, we have progressed (as it stands) but we still need to replace Hourihane.Cobi Budge.":314xopki said:It's all very well talking about 'progress' but we are pretty much where we finished last season, we've got much better players, so surely something's going wrong on the managerial side of things.

If he did stay would we have needed O'Connor or Reid?Cobi Budge.":2lz55ec3 said:And just to think some people said we didn't need Hourihane.
He was our most important outfield player by miles.
Would of been a midfield 2 of Cox and Hourihane most likely.Pilgrim young":1ifbzv2d said:If he did stay would we have needed O'Connor or Reid?Cobi Budge.":1ifbzv2d said:And just to think some people said we didn't need Hourihane.

Chances are he would have left in the January window anyway.
A good 4-4-2 formation with an option to change to a 3-5-2?Steve.PAFC2012":30f1d7jk said:would have been a midfield 2 of Cox and Hourihane most likely.Pilgrim young":30f1d7jk said:If he did stay would we have needed O'Connor or Reid?Cobi Budge.":30f1d7jk said:And just to think some people said we didn't need Hourihane.
