how long a contract.anybody know please?

The club don't disclose that any longer. The assumption is that's because one year deals don't play well with the fans, but it leaves enough ambiguity that it could, for all we know, be longer.

Nice solid signing, and nice to hear good things from the club a player is leaving for a change. That bodes well given how well some players who've done well for us were dismissed as rubbish by their old club's fans.

We had Jervis last season, but really there was a little lack of pace in the team. Kennedy was tricky, but without being really fast.

If you read the Motherwell comments you could easily swap Ainsworth name for Jervis. Jervis is quick, scored some spectacular goals but has gone missing in games. Although l must say last season he was a little more consistent than the season before.

Jervis could change a game. Sounds like Ainsworth too. He will probably excited and frustrated in equal measure.

I get the impression his first two years were more productive, but that him and McGee don't quite have the working relationship him and McCall did. Adams will help his confidence and hopefully that will help his consistency.
