Plymuff, D'em!
Should have sent himself off for denying a goal scoring opportunity when Goodwillie (I think) got through and was just about to shoot, and he blew up for a free kick to us for a foul in the lead up to it.

Can't believe 2 people have given him 10. Shocking ref. Don't want too many of them in a season, but i'm sure we will see one again soon.

Poor display and far too picky with free kicks.

How there No 9 stayed on the pitch is beyond me.
3 blatant elbows that I saw and no doubt others that could of been 50/50.

I was right in line with the Garita incident in the Lyndhurst and right from when garita knocked it round the defender he was struggling. At best it was a 50/50 tussle but he had skinned their centreback for pace who just fell into him and onto the ball as he had been done. He knew exactly what he was doing and conned the ref . No way was it a Cheltenham free kick, no way

Two members of his family have logged on. :)

2/10 from me.

I thought he was the worst ref I have seen this season.

He got decisions wrong all over for both teams and when he pulled back Goodwille when he was through for free kick I was out of my seat in anger. Their No.9 got away with at least 2 x elbows of which caused claret.

You never notice a good ref- 3 from me because although he was terrible there will be worse this season believe me.

When he could have let play go on he blew up and stopped play, far too over fussy with where free kicks should have been taken from, didn't give the game a chance to flow, and made some bizarre decisions
Some referees' just don't help themselves do they,

Awful

Very poor decisions. Their number 9 should have been off. By the end I felt like our playera were scared of potentially giving away a penalty or free kick near the area and so being very cautious

I would add that I thought both linesmen did well today.

The guy on the Lyndhurst side did flag a couple of off-sides, but he failed to flag any handball situations and shirt pullings. He could have helped his senior partner the ref, 'cos he certainly needed some. For the first 10 mins of the game, I thought this guy was OK but he deteriorated as the game progressed.

It's only his second season as a Football League referee but he is a lucky ref for us - 3 games and 3 wins with no goals conceded. The other two games were Accrington at home and Northampton away last season.
