Which Members can't get tickets?

I was phoned by a lovely lady from Argyle today who confirmed she would sort my tickets but like many others I was able to book them later in the evening. A big thanks to Argyle for responding and to Ian for his assistance.

I have an online account but for the life of me cant buy tickets as a Green Member.

Who do I contact to get it changed? Fortunately, for me I have linked my existing Membership No (which is different to the one showed in my account) with my Dad's account so that is how I get around it.
