If we lose on Monday im afraid he will be booed off again, that's the way football is.
Against Preston it was Foster that the chants were aimed at his name being used gave it away, the players were applauded and they applauded back which gave me the impression they agreed with the chants.

The irony is most on here were predicting a 4-0/4-1 result. I think we did a lot better than that.
What a stupid comment

The only stat that counts is the final score and we lost again.

What some fans thought might happen before a ball was kicked is completely irrelevant.

Yet another game where we could have/should have got a least a point, but due to crucial individual errors, we get nothing.

We are running out of games to get the points we need to survive.

ObvIOUsly it's down to individual errors. Individuals who are not good enough. Can hardly blame IF though.

This….THIS…..is why I took myself off this site for 10 years. Nothing has changed. If Argyle are winning and top of the league, it’s happy days. We have the best Chairman, the best Chairman’s wife, the best Manager, the best fans, the best Pasty Seller…..if not, shoot the lot, sack the Board, send the Gaffer on his way, let’s appoint the last Championship manager sacked by another club and call it ‘progress’, and hey, my mate’s best mate could do better than this…..I appreciate that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but goodness me, if Gillette ever wanted a new marketing push, they should certainly use quotes from PASOTI….and it would be nothing to do with sharpness 🤠🤟

I really don’t understand at this point why anyone is wasting their time blaming Foster for anything. The board made a mistake, compounded it by not taking actions weeks ago, and buried its head in the sand hoping that things work out. If one thing has become clear it’s that ‘transparency’ only extends so far. I think the board should have publicly stood behind him, and it would have been of use to the club to show a united front. Seems cowardly to keep quiet. I’ve no doubt if he keeps us up they’ll suddenly have lots to say about how brave they were to stick with him.

What I don't get is we employ a manager whose forte is "out of possession" and defending set pieces, blah, blah. Apparently, corners deliver a goal less than 5 per cent of the time yet we concede 2 goals from corners. And why is Devine in the team?

Yup. Said it a couple of weeks ago - IMO if they’re sticking with him they had to come out with a rallying call. If not, act then - the only sensible window left to do it.

I can only think of 3 reasons not to speak up. Either they wanted to hedge their bets (but the last point above counters that argument), they can’t afford to do it, or they can’t see a problem.

The silence is confounding.

I still blame Dewsnip/Parkinson/Hallett more than I do Foster. The appointment didn’t make sense from the start. Midway through a Championship season - a season in which survival is the aim - and we opted to appoint a coach with limited to no club experience, a coach who didn’t have any staff ready to come with him and a coach whose forte clearly isn’t attacking football.
