However when I click account and it shows me my name and membership number, underneath it says membership: none. When I click on membership it says currently you have no active memberships. This is wrong though. I have a receipt for my season ticket purchase and have been receiving all the matches on Ifollow.

Why is it saying this? I accept I'm not in the first 2000 but I have definitely paid for a season ticket so why is it saying none?

Mine is the same. I renewed within minutes of sales opening if I remember correctly.

You need to go into the account history on that drop down. If you've got a seat the latest transaction will show the details.

Yes mine is exactly the same, BUT I think that membership is to do with the 1888 membership. Because I clicked on applying for membership and it was about the 1888 club membership.
Yes it is all really not that clear. I went into purchases on my history and it shows a different seat number at no cost, I think this was added in September. Further down is my purchase of my Season Ticket on the 27th July for £395 at 13:37hrs

Ok, so me and the Mrs renewed at 13.45 on the 27th. We both have transactions showing new seats, one row up from our normal seats, but they were on 07/10/2020 at 14.49 - reckon we're in?
