Couple of Argyle corners. Both teams not settling. Mayor and Cooper good in possession but wasteful

Scrappy game. All Argyle's most dangerous possession has gone down our left as usual. Northampton defending in numbers and mixing it short and long. Their best chance came when Grant sliced a clearance and then G Cooper tried a ludicrous backheeled volley that went straight to a Northampton player in the area but luckily led to nothing.

Argyle are the superior footballing side but that doesn't always translate into three points.

As expected but would have preferred Reeves to Grant or Mayor.

You would play a player, just back injury, instead, of two of our best players, Grant had been one of stand out players so far. So has Mayor.

Unbelievable

In YOUR opinion two of our best players.Admittedly Grant has improved but how many more chances is RL going to give Mayor ? Reeves albeit based on limited play looks the business.

Fwiw I believe Reeves will replace Grant or mayor sometime soon.

Or Maybe after time off not training with the team whilst in Isolation it was deemed best to let him settle back and not rush him when we don't need to?

Mayor has regularly been given good marks in the motm opinion polls. So a majority opinion is that he is one of our best players this season so far.
