We won't really know that till the squads are finalised.

For me, regardless of manager or players, the club has to get promoted this coming season.

We have to tap into the feel good factor of a new manager plus use the opening of the grandstand to give us a mid-season push.
We don't want to stay more than one season in League Two, if we stay for two seasons or more it means Lowe has failed because I don't think he's here to build a club as Adams did but he's here to promote a team.
