When he was at Colchester I remember him being highly rated, with plenty of top-end CCC teams in the chase for him. He's something of a club legend there, and you hardly attain that sort of status by being utter cack.

Yes, not good enough here, but experienced and versatile, and an all round good egg. If he agreed to a wage slash or around 2/3rds I'd happily see him remain as back-up. The way this club is going, we need all the experienced professionals we can keep.

Doogie was well and truly skinned by the oldham boy yesterday...skinned and left to pick up the pieces as well....plus Doogie dont like overlapping...so would have preferred Bondz myself...however Reidy picks the team ...but for how much longer.....

I'd have to disagree with that.. I'd easily take Clark or N'Gala over him. I don't rate those two either, but imo, Duguid is dreadful :/
