Well, when I built *my* life centre I didn't build it like that, and *mine* has never been closed until next April.

It was built the wrong way round, they did the snagging before the build.

Balfour have the issue and they are going to put it right at their cost apparantly.
What the issues are I suspect only employees and council staff close to the building will know.
You have to feel for the employees in all this really.

Not with the order book they have.

They have the forder valley link road and various other works with more in the pipeline.

Kier are more likely to go down that route of any of the mayor contractors.

Well that's good news then.

It does beg the question though, was a Facilities Manager part of the team at The Life Centre. Something somewhere isn't right, this is a major catastrophe for the Olympic swimming and diving fraternity of Plymouth. We really do have a good name for excellence particularly with the divers.
