clicked on watch match 7 15 pm and all I have is a black screen with white semi circle thing tuning around and no change as at 8.20

cant see why the streaming not working

any suggestions anybody please as so frustrating pay the money and no screening

new to i follow and is this common problem or not

when I click on watch match the stream line at bottom talks about hidden video match

all down to experience ay

What are you watching it on? I use an iPad and connect sing the EFL app and it’s fine

refresh the screen

You could try a different browser - google chrome is good. But if you are getting a circle that would indicate that it’s buffering and is down to either a poor internet connection or slow computer rather than it being an iFollow issue
