I would have thought he was most the most highly-rated youngster we have produced in years. I never saw or heard a single instance of people here not rating him.

Not necessarily underappreciated as such but I don't think any of us were aware how good of a player Ben Gibson would become. Him and Hourihane are the only two players from that season who really have excelled since leaving Argyle.

If Ben Gibson was a loanee, I do not think he even qualifies for scrutiny?
