The problem is not the pitch, it will be fine, drainage is the best, we have had heavy rain before and they still water the damn thing.
The problem is the almost unpredictable wind!
Will it be dangerous for the players, staff or supporters, getting to the ground, at the ground or after the match

Tough decisions, especially when the storm is due to hit around 3pm. Supporters will make their own personal decisions on the pros and cons of going.

At the moment I am in two minds, there are many many trees standing along the road from Paignton.

The chances of you being hit by a falling tree, even in this weather are about the same as seeing Lord Lucan riding Shergar. You might get held up in traffic if one has fallen down, but that’s about it. Stop being so nesh man!

In position in the family stand. The wind is strong enough to scatter the balls on the pitch so I'd hope RL is asking for a short passing game. Luckily we're halfway up the stand and the roof is keeping us dry. Seems to be blowing into Lyndhurst but obviously new Mayflower getting a good soaking in the open.

Think we parked next to Ryan Hardie, white VW Tiguan with reg R something HAR.
