Good news it’s finally been signed.

However I did notice ‘will open early in the 2019-20 season’. So does this suggest it won’t be ready for the start of the season?

Or will the stand be in place ready for fans but other facilities still being finished off...

The finish date has been stated as October '19 for quite a while.

Can't wait to sit in those Mayflower terrace seats and give the away team dugout the usual Plymouth warm welcome.

How sad. One less thing to moan about. And now things are happening at the Barn Park End too. Sackcloth and ashes time for some!

Can't wait to see the new webcam activity with at least 100 Bob the Builders working like ants on the structure.

Great news despite the slight delay

Great news.

I think we can all agree that away teams and the officials have had it far too easy for many a year at Home Park with the Mayflower enclosure being closed.

Onwards and upwards.

Good news all round well done all involved.

I like the fact its a refurb as well. The temp buildings have not impressed me so far but I get the idea.

Now the ney sayers can pick on something else :)

Seats on the mayflower from 2019! At effing last!

It may not be the ideal development, but it is development none the less and will be a massive improvement on a big empty terrace. The atmosphere has suffered whilst it has not been used.

They won't they'll carry on moaning about it for the next ten years. They need to accept its happening and move on.

True mate I can see the topics now:-
1.Capacity is bleddy rubbish we should have 40000 seats
2. The refurb is rubbish we should be getting state of the art stadium for £6M
3.Typical Argo leaving it this long to sign up the main contract we have had the summer of no football
4. Phase 2 will never get done. Typical bleddy argo.
5. Temp buildings bleddy rubbish

Well it gives something to moan about I suppose :).
for me I am quite happy
